1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MicType ("Service"), operated by Master Infinity Corporation ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use MicType.

2. Description of Service

MicType is a free online typing speed test tool that allows users to measure their typing speed (Words Per Minute), accuracy, and consistency. The Service provides typing paragraphs across various categories, difficulties, and languages. All typing statistics are stored locally in the user's browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use MicType only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service in a way that simulates human typing to falsify results.
• Misrepresent MicType results as official typing certifications unless explicitly accepted by the receiving institution.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, UI design, and software code), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Master Infinity Corporation. The MicType name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Master Infinity Corporation. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.

5. Typing Paragraphs & Content

The typing paragraphs provided within MicType are curated for educational and practice purposes. Some content may include quotes attributed to their original authors. We do not claim ownership of such quoted material. The selection of paragraphs is made in good faith to provide a diverse and educational typing experience. If you believe any content infringes on your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately.

6. Accuracy of Results

MicType calculates typing metrics using standard industry definitions (1 word = 5 characters). While our typing engine is designed to provide accurate measurements, we make no guarantees regarding the precision or suitability of these metrics for any specific purpose. Results are intended for personal improvement and entertainment only. They should not be relied upon as official proof of typing ability for employment, academic, legal, or certification purposes unless the receiving party expressly accepts them.

7. Local Data & No Account Required

MicType does not require account registration. All personal typing statistics, history, and preferences are stored in your browser's local storage. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from clearing your browser data, switching devices, browser crashes, or any other circumstance. We do not provide data backup, synchronization, or recovery services for locally stored data.

8. Third-Party Advertisements

MicType is a free service and may display advertisements from third-party ad networks. We do not endorse or guarantee the products, services, or content of any third-party advertiser. You interact with third-party advertisements at your own risk. Any transactions or interactions with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser, and we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Infinity Corporation, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Master Infinity Corporation and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service or your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We may also update features, add new categories, or change the typing engine algorithms to improve the user experience.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated terms on this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
